STEW EDIT:: Why don't we show off a good intro instead of a bad one? Let's keep this shit positive and highlight what we'd like to see and let people go from there?

This is the portion of the script this part of the video applies to. I could do as you say, but it would be redundant the way I have it planned out. Traditionally you start with the negative reinforcement; the mild slap that drives the point home. Then there's the positive reinforcement; the cup of warm tea and the reassuring words that smooth things over and reinforce your position.

On the other hand, I can see what you mean. From a design perspective it's sound, but not so much from a PR perspective. I'll have to think about this.

Some of the issue I have is that the script isn't speaking of the intro itself. I'm using the intro as a window into the personality of the person. some of our banned people had perfectly fine intros. so faking a 'good' intro wouldn't really make my point, because it doesn't express much about the person. whereas, a 'bad' intro showcases my point perfectly.

So, I'm glad this was fake. I got the email about a new user registration and was going to vote a no just because of the ridiculous user name.

That was kind of the point...but i'm glad it got you to come to the site! I had no idea you guys got email notifications about that stuff. Suppose it makes sense though.
